JOINT TECHNICAL SECRETARIAT

The Joint Technical Secretariat (JTS) is responsible for the day-to-day management of the South Baltic Cross-border Cooperation Programme 2007-2013. Tasks include project consultations, assessment, monitoring, and Programme promotion. The JTS also supports the Steering and Monitoring Committees, Certifying Authority and Audit Authority in their tasks. The JTS is located in Gdansk, Poland.
